To create a Deenyou account you must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to provide consent on behalf of any child whose profile you create. Accounts created on behalf of minors remain the responsibility of the account holder.
Deenyou is a subscription-based Islamic education platform for children. We provide structured learning content, Quran recitation tools, AI-assisted question and answer from an approved scholar-reviewed corpus, and parent progress reporting. AI responses are drawn exclusively from our approved content library and always cite their source.
You may use Deenyou for personal, family, and educational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or training data from the platform. You may not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content. Commercial redistribution of any Deenyou content without written permission is prohibited.
New accounts receive one free year from the date of sign-up. After the free period, a subscription is required to maintain full access. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are issued on a pro-rata basis and processed within 10 business days.
All Deenyou content — lessons, stories, illustrations, audio, and curriculum materials — is owned by Deenyou Ltd or its licensors. Your family's data — your child's progress records, uploaded materials, and personal information — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and will return or delete it on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deenyou Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Deenyou after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You may close your account and export your data at any time before or after any change.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Deenyou shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
